- Dana Webb Added January 23, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hi, driving up to the McDonald's Applecross store it looked good and inviting, but, to my disappointment the image of the store changed as I entered. Most of the tables I had to walk past to get to the service counter were either dirty, had trays left on them, or both. The only rubbish bin I saw was over flowing.
The meal l ordered was as expected but, sad to say the cappuccino was as I expected too. It was lukewarm and even after I ordered extra froth on my cappuccino it came as flat white and barely any froth on top.
This isn't the first time I have entered McDonald's store to the same scene. It appears to be an unfortunate trend at McDonald's. While I like the McDonald's products one of its more endearing facets was that they were always clean and you got what you ordered.
I sincerely hope that this trend is reversed.
