- mollydooka17 Added August 25, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I sent an online submission for a quote on 11 July '17, they replied the next day, said a rep would be in touch. No-one rang, so I called them on the 14th, and "Pat" discussed our blinds and said she'd call with a quote the following day........................that was yesterday, we're still waiting.
That worries me for a few reasons: either they're too busy, or they don't have enough staff (or both), thus there's no incentive to offer a competitive price if they have more work than they can handle.
I have to give them 1 star for emailing promptly, and another star for offering advice, but can't comment on blind quality or service yet
